If the investor wants to invest more than NZ$10,000,000 then, Investor plus visa is a better option for him. He can make an investment of NZ$2,500,000 for 4 years. Once New Zealand approves his application, the investor will have 12 months to transfer the investment funds. Additionally, the funds must be retained for four years The investor must be physically present in New Zealand for at least146 days a year. They are some basic requirement to apply for the investor plus visa these are:

  • Investment of NZ$2,500,000 for 4 years
  • Maximum age 66
  • English language requirement
  • Minimum stay 438 days over 4 years
  • The annual quota of 400 applicants
