How Does Canadian Express Entry Work
The Canadian Express Entry is an electronic visa process for Canada Federal Skilled Migrant Visa and Canada provincial Government Program and the employers as well. An applicant can submit an application online with the applicants information such as your skills, your work experiences, your educational background, your English or French capabilities and your other abilities.
The Government of Canada will select candidates based on the applicants profile and send them invitation to apply under programs such as Federal Skilled Workers or Federal Skilled Trades Programme.
By submitting application, Canadian employers will be able to access your profile and review applicants. This is beneficial to employers who are looking to recruit foreign workers who has the right skills and qualification for the job they offer. If an applicant was able to receive a job offer, the applicant will then be invited to apply for a Permanent Residence Visa.
The provinces of Canada will also be able to access and recruit from the Express Entry pool in order to hire foreign workers who will be able to fit their labour market. This will be under the Provincial Nominee Programme of Canada.
The Canadian Express Entry has been open to applicants since January 2015.
